I've some questions for the Richmond area Freepers if they'd be so kind to oblige.

What do you know about Louisa and Powhatan? Are they desirable areas?
Can you recommend prime (but not suburban) areas?
What do you know about the new highway due to open soon?
Will it make those areas more accessible to Richmond?
And generally, how is the richmond real estate market?

This is the final leg of the 285 outer loop around Richmond and will connect the westernmost areas of Chesterfield to the westernmost areas of Henrico/Louisa. It doesn't really make these areas that much more accessible to Richmond, though.

Very solid, with a steady growth in real estate values and new construction.
