That's not a fact, that's your opinion, and unsubstantiated one at that.
The fact is that the net cost of a legal immigrant is dependent on his or her age upon arrival. Obviously, someone who arrives here legally at the age of 20, will work and pay taxes for many years before beginning to draw government benefits, just like a natural-born citizen.

I think it would be racist only if you stated that white Europeans could flaunt the laws regarding immigration and should be never be prosecuted or deported for committing felony document fraud. I don't think there is any country anywhere which is as easy-going about it's borders as this country is -- at least no country which still exists. You could certainly never go to Mexico and break their laws on legal entry and be rewarded in any way at all ---- Fox himself would come down hard on anyone who dared to do so --- his administration removed Americans from homes they had purchased and had them deported because they didn't follow the letter of the law. I don't think it's exactly racism that leads Mexico to enforce it's laws either.
