This sucks. Do we have any juries left who will administer the death penalty? These were Islamic terrorists! Does the jury know this?

Listening to Local WRC-TV4 in DC this morning.

They are reporting that some of the Malvo jurors are telling the Washington Post that they were confused on the instructions to the jury. The jurors, who feel they may have compromised their desire to impose the death penalty, believed if the jury did not come back with a unanimous decision, the judge would declare a mistrial. In effect he would have had to impose a life sentence if the jury was split but, apparently, those who wanted the death penalty feel cheated.

Hopefully, Alabama will further overshadow this verdict.

An outrage!
This is not justice.
The blood of the innocent victims cries out from the ground.
O, how long will our free republic survive when we allow such wanton murderers to live?
