If I were a medical professional, I would advertise my services by highlighting the fact that I would never release a patient's medical records to a law enforcement agency or court.
When the baliff came to deliver a subpoena for someone's medical records, my response would always be the same: "I don't keep records for any of my patients."

When the baliff came to deliver a subpoena for someone's medical records, my response would always be the same: "I don't keep records for any of my patients."the other way to do this is to go on the all cash plan for medical treatment you can afford. An assumed name to a doc for minor ailments, real name for another doctor for major problems. Just don't confuse your doctors!!

... "I don't keep records for any of my patients." I don't know what the law or practice is in your part of the world, but in California the medical board will suspend your license if you don't keep proper records. It is a part of the professional responsibility
