Libya 'gives US tips on al-Qaeda' Libya is exchanging intelligence about the al-Qaeda network with the United States, Colonel Muammar Gaddafi has said.
Colonel Gaddafi said there were what he called Libyan terrorists in the US and Britain, and they should be "wiped out".

and didn't these Libyan agents know that there were negotiations under way for Libya to sell out to the US? I mean, if you were a Libyan agent in the US, at some point, don't you think someone in the chain of handlers above you would tip you off that this was happening, and to return home?
alot of this stuff is not adding up.
