The book is still sitting on the desk and I've thumbed through the table of contents and index, etc. I don't see anything specific.
His tips were really things LE has to do and things regarding our borders. If there was more, I just don't remember it from reading it last year.
It's a very interesting read and the pictures of 9/11 are a painful reminder of that day.
