DERRY, N.H. -- Moments after praising his opponents in the Democratic presidential race as worthy running mates, Wesley Clark said, in no uncertain terms, how he would respond if they or anyone else criticized his patriotism or military record.
"I'll beat the s--- out of them," Clark told a questioner as he walked through the crowd after a town hall meeting Saturday. "I hope that's not on television," he added.
It was, live, on C-SPAN.
The campaign's traveling press secretary, Jamal Simmons, was with Clark at the time.
"If anyone tries to question Wes Clark's character, integrity or his commitment to this country or its security, they're going to be in the biggest fight they've ever had," Simmons said.

Clark was asked this question yesterday in NH by an "independent":
"general Clark, if Hillary Clinton and John McCain were running for the same seante seat, who would you vote for?"
Clarks answer:
"Hillary Clinton."
I don't think that plays too well with independents in NH.

I only wished I could've seen FR's Kathryn Prudhomme's grilling of the good General.DID she? TELL ME MORE! I missed that.
You may remember this comment about Dean ---- from Dan Frisa; Its hard to know the answers to these puzzling questions, but its painfully clear that Gen. Clark should heed the adapted advice of five-star Gen. Douglas MacArhur, that old soldiers just fade away rather than fly aimlessly over the cuckoo's nest.

LOL!
In Kosovo in June 1999, when the Russian army entered the airfield in Pristina, Clark ordered British General Sir Michael Jackson to send in assault paratroopers. Jackson refused the order, stating, "Im not going to start World War III for you.
What a guy!

Well Wesley, if your personal hero is Wet-Willie Clinton who debates what the meaning of *IS* is ...
I am sure you will debate on what the meaning of PATRIOTISM is! Or should I say WHO are you patriotic for?
Bill? hillary? Reno? Maybe YOUR "little willie"?
You sure don't care for the defense of our Declararion of Independence or Constitution of the United States.

I've never been in the military but I find it impossible to understand how a person can be in the military and "serve his country" and then become (or remain) a Democrat.
As Ann Coulter has pointed out, so richly and in detail, the Democrat Party is the Party of Treason.
Anyone calling himself a Democrat and a patriot is a liar and a hypocrite.

----"If anyone tries to question Wes Clark's character, integrity" ---- I guess Clark didn't hear the comments of those five to ten high-level military men who did just that!----
Nah, he heard them.... he just knows that they could all easily beat the excrement out of him.

Clark requests that you paint a target on your white tee shirt and stand on the middle of a bridge over the Danube. Then he'll show you how tough he is. As soon as he can commandeer a fighter jet.
I was kind-of hoping that he'd just come out swinging so I'd have an excuse to KO him.

Clark what a looney dweeb. But if I must say something good about him, he is reported to swim laps every morning for exercise. A healthnut-nutcase. Maybe he and Mad Dennis (healthfood) Kucinich can run together.
