I am more and more convinced that Clinton's stripping the CIA and FBI's ability to gather human intellegence, not only set up the ability for 9-11 to occur but has kept the war on terror from being more successful.

It takes time to build human intellegence gathering abilities.

It takes money to get informants of the enemy to spy for us.

It takes an administration that is more concerned with our security than with their poll ratings.

Human intellegence gathering is a messy murky sometimes embarrassing process. It certainly isn't for the faint-hearted or the politically correct.
