Probably Libya was running short of funds, and decided that it was more important to have a flashy wardrobe than WMD!

It is all about honor and respect. And letting them know beyond any doubt that we can pin them to the ground quicker than a hawk on a mouse.
For umpteen years, we had lost face it in their eyes....
We've got it back now.

What!!!!! But...but...but the Dim-demmers said GW's Middle East policy is CREATING terrorists. Lurch Kerry and Bubba-Jean Dean say nothing can get done over there without Pee Wee Clinton serving as our OFFICIAL ASS-KISSER!
They're right about one thing though . . . GW is as dumb as a fox. It's amazing what a President with morals AND gonads can accomplish.

Let's not forget that when Qaddafi was getting his start, it was Armand Hammer and Al Gore's father who broke the oil company embargo on him, thus doing the Soviet Union's dirty work. Al Gore still owns all that oil stock his father was bribed with.

LOL, Reagan made this guy Gaddafi a nervous wreck for life, and Bush's nabbing of Saddam has REALLY opened his eyes. Guaranteed, this guy will continue to vote Democrat, long after he's dead.

And it's about damn time.

Do not get too excited, there is alot more to this and it is ongoing story. Look back at the actions of Libya this year and see the pattern of actions. Including the payments to Lockiebie victims.
A lot more going on and we need to watch Syria'a next move too.
