The 9th Circuit court is insane.

And it is also the most overturned court in the nation so this ruling from them is neither unexpected or terribly worrisome.

Especially since they really had no jurisdiction to hear the case in the first place.

"9th Circuit: Terror Suspects Deserve U.S. Courts"

Yes. Terrorists and the 9th Circuit Court most certainly deserve each other.

I wonder how these same Justices(sic) would react if terrorists flew planes into the 9th Circuit Court building?

Leave it to the the Clinton-appointed 9th Circus to willingly put terrorists ahead of Americans!

We recalled the governor...why can't we recall those clowns??

The 9th Circuit should be locked up at Gitmo. They are as big a threat to America as any illiterate al Qeadan.

Send the entire 9th circuit to Gitmo, and just to be sure that they help all in custody there, leave them there for four or five years.

WOULDN'T IT BE MORE FITTING AND ACCURATE

to say . . . to order, even . . .

that the

9TH CIRCUIT COURT DESERVES [CONFINEMENT WITH] THE TERRORISTS!

Perhaps until hell freezes over.

I didn't understand the part about "...any poor or disadvantaged prisoners in Cuba ... must get a little paper umbrella in every drink..." What's up with that?

The 9th CIRCUS Court of Appeals. I wonder, really wonder when the people of this country are going to wake up, even if they can wake up, to what is going on in our courts and down the muddy slope we are sliding. I suppose Hitler should have been arrested and brought to San Francisco to be tried by this mob. Then he could have been found not guilty and released to live in a quiet little bungalow on the beach with his friends, the leftist liberals elites of the socialist party of America, the democrats.

Well, all I have to say to those judges is this:

"Yer honor, you want them before you, well sar, perhaps y'all had best hop a plane on down to cuba, and just tell those Marines on Gitmo who you are and demand they give them terrorist to ya,"

Now, if those judges are willing to do that, then I guess I'd have to only agree to disagree with them.
