Sneddon said Jackson's passport, confiscated after his arrest last month, will be returned to him for the trip. He will be required to surrender it when he returns to the States. Why the heck did they take his passport in the first place if they're just going to give it back to him when he asks?

This photo finally captures that "Peter Pan" nose Michael has been pursuing all these years.

ya know...I think Jacko is a sick freak who has probably, at some time, preyed on young boys. But this case stinks to high heaven.
I hope this DA has the goods or it will severely hinder any future, REAL cases against Jacko or his sick actions...

Jackson is a freak, there's no doubt about it and he probably did do this. But there are some things that I find weird about the plaintiff and his parents. As soon as the kid goes into the Have to have kidney transplant category or whatever transplant he needs he suddenly starts suing Jackson and according to Fox & Friends this morning, Michael Jackson is not the only law suit that they have going. Again i'm not saying he didn't do it, but I am saying that there are some suspicious things being brought to the surface in reference to the parents & their possible grab at cash recently.

"Michael is innocent," his mother, Katherine, said in a statement.

First of all, Jacko will not be returning.
Second, a few years ago, I wanted to go to the Philippines with my wife, at Christmas, to visit her family.
At that time, after paying on time for years, I still owed over $5000 in child support, so I was refused a passport.
Jacko has felony charges and they are letting him leave.
I guess if I had put up 3 million bucks, that would forfiet to them if I failed to return,I could have got a passport.
