I saw him and Johnathan Winters together on the Dick Cavet show(this is back in the 70s), (right hand to god) the funniest hour I've ever spent. I was literally rotflmao.

Folks, Robin Williams is a committed and somewhat extreme liberal. Ordinarily one does not want to dilute one's disgust at such things, but it's pretty clear that this one is also an American. Two years in a row into a war zone to do his part.
