referring the the fifth amendment of the US constitution under which a person has the right to remain silent until charged in court.

When someone misses the point of one of our basic rights, I don't think they are qualified to preach to us about what we are all about.

Note to the author: The fifth amendment allows a person to never be forced to testify against themselves.

doesn't the 5th Amendment refer only to American citizens? Why would SH be entitled to OUR Constitutional rights?
