Really? If he was traveling in the car in Yemen with his al Qaeda buds when our guys put a missile right up there ass killing them all, would our guys who pulled the trigger have to face murder charges?

I think they should be required to say what they are charging him with, have a judge review it and determine that there is something there, and then they can delay the trial until the end of hostilities or the danger is passed from releasing the information.
How do they handle other cases which involve top secret sensitive information, like spy cases? They need to keep a lot of that concealed.
