I think they should be required to say what they are charging him with, have a judge review it and determine that there is something there, and then they can delay the trial until the end of hostilities or the danger is passed from releasing the information.
How do they handle other cases which involve top secret sensitive information, like spy cases? They need to keep a lot of that concealed.

I think they should be required to say what they are charging him with, have a judge review it and determine that there is something there, and then they can delay the trial until the end of hostilities or the danger is passed from releasing the information.Or, if you want to have an even more 'bulletproof' treatment, select some jurors, grabbing those that have Secret clearances and getting US Government Security Clearances for the rest -- dropping those who don't make it -- and have them make the call.
