Resign me too Laz.Boy, mr.pink was a live one, huh? That was fun. I like to see how far they'll believe me. I would have been complaining to his Condominium board and having the IRS and Homeland Security investigate him -- in his mind, of course -- had we continued. But it looks like he's banned. ;^)
