And it's a damned shame.  A party of liberty that included secure borders and national defense could easily fit in the gulf that is opening up as liberals retrogress and the country moves rightward.  Sadly, the Libertarian Party is in the grasp of Birkenstockers.

You would have had to been around pre-9/11 I guess or you wouldn't have to ask the question. Before that raimondo and antiwar.com(mie) even had their own link here.

Things changed post 9/11; the link disappeared along with most of his support. Some, such as Demidog, got the boot, others just stopped supporting him. Many of those still post here...since they don't seem to be so supportive of him these days we'll just let their names lie quietly...they know who they are.

That's a very low and cowardly thing to do. I had no complaint with the article being posted here...you did. The thread itself bears this out. Shame you had to bother the admin, but I guess some guys just can't resist running to mommy.

Short and sweet, narrowly focused on liberty and a half dozen priorites with a platform that can be written on a legal pad. There has to be some sanity out there somewhere before it boils down to armed conflict.
