It would be interesting to see what would happen if the LP nominated this guy for a third time in 2004. If the Dems nominated a candidate like Edwards or Lieberman, Browne would probably take more votes from the RATs than he would from Bush (assuming Browne kept up this rhetoric and focused on the war issue)

Sadly though, I think Gary Nolan will be the LP nominee for 2004. The next Presidential election cycle is projected to be an "up" year for the Libertarians (Browne did lousy in 2000 so anyone else they nominate would likely improve on his showing)

Holy cow, really? The chief propagator of the Chicken Little theories about "Y2K?" If so, the LP is on its way to obscurity along with the remains of the Reform Party.
