So you are comfortable with the fact that 9/11 COULD have been prevented, and WAS foreseen, and yet, instead of the people who dropped the ball facing any consequences, we all get saddled with anti-constitutional crap like the Patriot Acts.

A similar multiple hijack and bombing plot, called project Bojinka, was averted a few years before 9/11. How can you say it was unforeseen when it was almost implemented?
