If the mood in the Democratic party is "sour", this "person" can be counted on to be "hydrochloric". I see now why it is necessary, note I did not say "good" or "wise", but necessary to reprint Morford's columns. His writings offer the perfect "reverse barometer", if I may quote from one of the Custer character's lines in the movie "Little Big Man". Everything Morford says is wrong. His ideas are uniformly illogical, and fallacious. His policy ideas would be thoroughly destructive to our nation if implemented, and his assessment of George Bush and the Iraq war is from the standpoint of an enemy of the United States, and of sanity itself. Even Morford has his place in this world.
