In his most humiliating setback since his failed coup attempt of 2000, Al Gore is seeing his dreams of creating yet another left-wing media outlet fall like chads from the hands of a ballot-twisting Florida Democrat recount activist.
Thank Barry Diller, who despite Gore's begging is refusing to lift his veto over the sale of the News World International cable network from Vivendi Universal Entertainment, the New York Post reported today.
Apparently the Democrats will have to be satisfied with NPR, PBS, CBS, ABC, NBC, CNN ...

Yeah, it is a good channel.
No Michael Jackson, No Scott Peterson, No Kobe Bryant, and No Leftist spin.
As a matter of fact, just a day or two ago they aired a story highly critical of the Arab media, especially al-Manar. When have you ever heard FoxCNNMSNBC et al do that?
Plus you don't have to hear all those stupid sound effects Fox does.
Also, I like Link TV too (channel 375), but I will admit that has a leftist slant.

Knock yourself out then. Both NWI and Link are slanted liberal crap that makes me want to barf.
Also I can watch Brit Hume's hour show and not hear a thing about Jackson or Peterson. This is not a problem for me.

NWI is hardly "slanted liberal crap." It's by far the fairest news channel that I know if.
Speaking of Link, they ran a documentary on Mohammedan brutality against Christians in the Sudan. Also, they ran a documentary about Afghani music/musicians and how happy they were that the Taliban was defeated.
How often do you hear about that in other outlets?
I guess any news that isn't openly cheerleading for the Republicans is Communist. I will say Hume is good, and I'll watch that, but the other 23 hours of Faux is full of Michael Jackson, Kobe Bryant, Scott Peterson, Stupid Non-Thinking Pundits and Wild Ass Speculation.

.... regarding his own commercial interests, even the slimiest leftist (Diller fits my bill on this, btw) doesn't know a **stone** loser when he sees one, true? <<< True! I have a step niece that used to be his chief aid/secretary. He is a smart operator all right! But both he and my sweet niece are off the planet leftists.
Your kind offer to "meet" me in Times Square will not be necessary...but thanks anyway.
