Clearly I am not the one with comprehension problems.

I even made a point to say I'd only read to the post I was replying to in case someone came along after to "support" the Cardinal. Even then, it was more an explanation than support.

But I don't expect you to "comprehend" that.

The cardinal, who likely lives in his sheltered Vatican world devoid of crime, hunger, or direct views of pure evil and suppression, comes across as a real pollyanna in his statements. His Mr. Nice Guy comments are received well by the pompous and pampered bunch who are career Vaticanists. I don't hate them for what they say but I can't respect them either. Hopefully they will come to their senses, someday.
