Gephardt would be a much tougher opponent. Let's hope the Dems stick with Dean.

Sure Hillary's isn't behind it? Actually, she's probably better off with Dean than having Gephardt move ahead.

I want Dean to win too. But only after a very tough primary fight and just barely.

you are wasting your money and harming America giving to Dean or *any* Democrat ... funding his message is bad even if he loses in 04 (he will lose anyway), it gives aid and comfort to enemies of american freedom. JMHO.

Let's concentrate our efforts on destroying the likes of Feingold and Kucinich in congress. Mustn't forget "Lil Tommy" Daschle. I personally believe he is #1 of the 10 Most wanted.

Does anyone at FR really believe the dems can carry more than one or two states with ANY of these candidates vs. George W. Bush? Absolutely.
The dems likely has Hawaii, California, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Connecticutt, Rhode Island, and Vermont in the bag, no matter who runs. Washington State, Maine, and Delaware are also strong dem leans, and it's tough for anyone to win Oregon, Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Louisiana, Arkansas, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Penn, Florida, Ohio, and West VA.
This landslide talk HELPS the rats since it grows complacency.

The big push is on already for Clark, the Clinton/DNC pick. He's been all over the networks the last week.

Daschle used to be my #1 as well, until I saw the following disgusting advertisement on Kucinichs website, wherein he disparages our war dead (who liberated 25 million souls and captured one of the most evil tyrants the world has ever seen.)
According to Kucinich, none of those accomplishments are important those dead soldiers were merely lackeys for Halliburton, Inc.

Does anyone at FR really believe the dems can carry more than one or two states with ANY of these candidates vs. George W. Bush? Game over as far as 2004 goes. Being overly optimistic in politics is REAL STUPID. Bush's father was much more popular, after his Gulf victory. A few months later, a completely unforeseen scenario unfolded.
