Yep. And throw in the cities of Raligh North Carolina, Atlanta, Phoenix, Denver, Houston, Dallas, Portland Oregon, cities in Tennessee, Salt Lake city, Chicago, and on and on.

It's very sad, but this is where most cities and their surrounding suburbs are heading. Bet the rent. If one want's to live with boom boxes of Spanish music, lots of drinking, trash, busted up cars, high crime, etc fine. Otherwise, have a plan of getting out of the big cities, and the suburbs...

This is the only way one will be able to escape most of it. That is unless one has big time money, and can live in gated, wealthy secured communities.....Even then, one has to go out into it daily. Not a real good option.

I can name at least a dozen in southern California alone. It's unbelievable what this state is turning into, Mexican colonias like Tijuana.
