I will never forget the most outrageous column Michael Moore wrote after 9/11. He could not believe that planes heading for California would be hijacked by terrorists to hit buildings in New York City.

He could not believe that the terrorists would make victims out of two states that voted for Gore

To me this is absolute proof that people on the left like Moore are delusional. They think Republicans/conservative are the real evildoers and they think lunatic Islamists would distinguish between Republican and Democrat in their muderous rampages.

That's how he got chemical and biological agents so he could use them in chemical and biological weapons. Here's the list of some of the stuff we sent him (according to a 1994 U.S. Senate report): * Bacillus Anthracis, cause of anthrax. * Clostridium Botulinum, a source of botulinum toxin. * Histoplasma Capsulatam, cause of a disease attacking lungs, brain, spinal cord, and heart. * Brucella Melitensis, a bacteria that can damage major organs. * Clostridium Perfringens, a highly toxic bacteria causing systemic illness. * Clostridium tetani, a highly toxigenic substance.

I'd like to see this in print. On the net, on an official web site, would also do. I have a feeling Moore is twisting things somehow.

And this crap about giving Saddam Bio/Chemical "weapons" is a lie as well. Saddam never got "weaponized" nerve agents or biological agents from the USA. Everything he got from us was a cooperative (UN and Western nations) effort to help Iraq deal with the rampant spread of contagious diseases and viruses that were killing his people. While this did include biological samples of viruses, this was a standard practice with the ATCC (American Type Culture Collection) and other medical institutions as they sent samples to medical researchers around the world...so they could develop immunizing agents to battle these diseases.

Here's one thread where I'm proudly posting without reading the article. Why on earth would any logical thinking person waste his or her time on anything produced by this unappetizing person? He is insignificant.

What's most important is to understand the simplicity of Moore's "thinking" (typical of the Angry Left).

We who believe in "good vs. evil" are always accused of wrongly seeing things as "black and white".

Decisions made 20 years ago to supply a nasty person with weapons have to be viewed in the context they were made in.

Was helping the Mujahedeen (sp.?) a bad idea because one of them grew up to be bin Laden? Well, to those of us alive and aware in 1980 the answer is a resounding "No". If you view this relationship outside the context of the Cold War then you are likely to have a different, and wrong, opinion.

Same with our relationship with Hussein's Iraq. If you were paying attention in 1979, you realize the menace Iran posed to that region.

No one with a realistic worldview expects to find lillywhite, pure as the wind driven snow actors to side withagainst a common enemy.

Oddly, the greatest and most tragic example of this was FDR and Stalin, an unholy alliance the Left seems to have forgotten.

Then I asked him who was most against us now in Europe? He said France. I reminded him France was our best ally against Britian in one of those wars. Wow. I read that...and then I read your tagline that says "Rejoice in the love God has shown by sending His Son to live among us and in our hearts.". Wishing for some harmless, idiotic loudmouth like Moore to be killed isn't very Christian. As Repubs, we should rise above the vitriole of the maniacal left, rather than join their anti-life wishes.

I actually saved the text, without the link, to my e-mail box (Webtv). I think you can find it by Googling "ATCC"...were one of the researchers actually wrote the article. It took me a couple weeks to put the stuff together from different sources, including a letter from the World Health Organization, that responded to the health crisis in Iraq and how these transfers were for medical reasons. I'll still try to find the link, but its out there if you dig.

PS. There is a big difference between a live virus and a weaponized agent. It takes a lot of money and research to stabilize that virus...and prepare it for use as a weapon. Anthrax, in its natural form, is practically useless as a wide-range weapon and must be specially prepared if it is to be used as a WMD. This is not an easy process and takes a lot of money and know-how. The USA NEVER gave Saddam instructions on how to weaponize these agents.
