my friend Jessica's pre-graduation party from FAU I'm actually a big Colgate fan. I was at their first-round playoff game against U Mass, and watched Saturday on TV as they took care of . . FAU! Oh well, at least we agree about Katie, Hillary et. al!

"Isn't Saddam's capture basically just symbolic?" A despot, a murderer, a tyrannical dictator is captured and this is what Baghdad Katie says? Does this not prove to the nation that this woman is no journalist, but is instead a mouthpiece for the left, and a blame America first traitor to her country?
Wishful thinking!

I agree that there is every reason NOT to watch The Today Show and other liberal drivel. However, I do so, and post the results thereof, out of a combination of masochism and the belief that it's worthwhile to keep track of the nefarious doings of the liberal media.

The Yesterday Show spared no expense in coming up
with this recreation of Saddam's last palace.

Maybe it will be Katie's Christmas present.

Thank you!
We live in Detroit and do not get the Macy's Parade. My sister recorded it for me and we just got it. My six year old was enthralled but kept asking, "Who is that and why does she keep talking over the music?"
She can't even cover a parade!!! Who could expect her to cover such good news??

When I began reading this thread it seemed Kouric could not possibly be that bad. So I went to the TV and watched out here in the heartland of Minnesota. It was worse than you described!
The black dress, cadaverous facies were obvious, but she was also "white all over" and shaking in her hostility. This woman has lost her perspective and after not seeing her for a number of years it is apparent she is no longer fits the Limbaugh description of the "perky Katy." To be charitable, perhaps the death of her first husband and remarriage has done something to her ability to experience and reflect common human warmth.
PS: O'Reilly looked terrible but he made great points and was on target. I believe he is stretched to far and something has to break -- a daily TV program and a daily radio program are getting the best of him. He is right about the Islamofascists being irrational in their hatred but he could have said the same for the true believer religious liberals who never seem to lose the ability to hate the opposition and people of traditional faith.
PS #2: Gentlemen if your wife ever has the "flat-white-all-over-look, be circumspect in your speech and actions. Else you may face the same third degree that the general did.

Thank G_d, Saddam didn't get away to "hopefully" Syria. Stuff it, Kattie.

Well, Russert announced that guess-who-else has suddenly announced that she too will be giving a foreign policy address today? You got it: Hillary!
But she ain't running in 2004

A black-garbed, clenched-jaw Couric, desperately trying to put the worst possible spin on every aspect of the capture of Saddam Hussein. This seems to be the prevalent mood at NBC ... yesterday Tom Brokaw acted pained and glum. Sort of like you would expect them to act if Hildabeast died unexpectedly.

thing they share w/terrorists
(Islamofascists)!
The first is, they all loathe
America.

Actually, I believe that Hillary *isn't* running in 2004. She's smart enough to know that the prospects for beating Pres. Bush aren't good.
Her strategy is to keep her name and face out there, while undermining the current crop of candidates. Her last-minute announcement of a foreign policy speech for today, which will partially drown out Dean's speech, is pure aggression.
She doesn't want to try to win in 2004, she just wants to make sure that the Dem candidate loses.

Yesterday, Dan Blather looked like he was about to burst into tears at any moment.Did he ever! I happened to surf by when he had some guest on who was spouting that Saddams big plan wasn't the war but the insurgency and it would probably continue and Dan and the guest had been right all along...desperately, searching for, .....(gasp)....relevancy!!
It was totally disgusting because Rather was nodding and attentive and tried to be smug. Media Wankers.

Dan Rather looked almost as bad
as Saddam. LOL

I hadn't heard before today about her speech, so when Russert mentioned it, I assumed it was a last minute announcement. My mistake, It would be interesting to know who announced their plans for a foreign policy speech for today first - Hillary or Dean.

I was at their first-round playoff game against U Mass, and watched Saturday on TV as they took care of . . FAU! Actually that was part of a joke I played yesterday morning. I saw a friend of mine, Ken, and yelled out, "Hey, did you hear the BIG NEWS?" Of course, Ken responded by saying, "Yeah, they caught Saddam." Then I acted befuddled and replied, "No, I meant the news about FAU losing yesterday."
p.s. I have to stay on the good side of my friend, Jessica, since she is destined to make Donald Trump look like small potatoes. She hasn't even graduated yet and two corporations are already competing to hire her at a huge salary and still allow her to complete her final three classes plus free trips to China. Jessica has the reputation of being the hardest working student to ever go to FAU.

You are right this is a predictable as a Redskins loss.
Katie then interviewed Tim Russert. Russert observed that in his comments yesterday, Pres. Bush was quite measured. He wanted to avoid a repeat of the "Mission Accomplished" triumphalism.
The President never has used the words "Mission Accomplished." This is a lie that the leftist media continues to propagate in an attempt to minimize this great victory for the We the People of the United States.

Know thine enemy! You are performing a great service.
Those, like you, who watch to report to the rest of us are very much appreciated. You are our eyes and ears.
Thank you very much!
