Any terrorist can get a matricula consular card in California. People are lined up around the block to get them. You don't need a birth certificate. Then you can open a bank account at any Bank of America or Wells Fargo Bank. Wells Fargo also will accept the Guatemala Matricula card and the Chinese are lobbying to get their own "matricula" accepted by these banks.

I read somewhere that a former Bank of America official was appointed to head the INS recently.

Bush is going to get burned by leaving the borders open.He's had two years to fix this and done nothing.People are going to ask why he did nothing.
