I read a few comments currently being generated at du.org; it DOES appear that a few of that crowd is NOT happy with H.Dean. Please check out the comment made about Hillary.

if we can't beat them at the polls we can RIDDICULE their message on DU, at least ;->

The scary part is that about half of DU'ers seem to be ready to vote for Bush after this
Many of my friends have donated to Dean. But,the whole campaign is based on a fraud, and it pisses me off. We shouldn't have to take another awefull 4 years of Bush. But we will Dean is our candidate.

Last time Nader destroyed our chances. This time the Deannies will be to blame. AND THE WHOLE WORLD SUFFERS.

I have a horrid feeling that the Ossama October Surprise is coming...and if it does, THAT, my friends, will be the end of the game for at least four years.

Why do you think Hillary is playing the "Hawk."
Do you think that's really the way she feels? The environment is so changed from before 9/11 that "draft-dodge" Bill says he would have voted for the IWR and is apparently supporting a "GENERAL" for the White House.

I'm just laughing at Gore, in that awful, most forceful voice backing Dean, espousing the error of going after the Saddam regime. I'd say it's the irony of the week!!

I believe it was the 13th in Iraq at the time.
Let's say it was the first uncontested day of the President's transition team.

She turned into a Hawk (actually a raven), for the military vote and to play both sides against the middle. She might as well dig a 6' x 8' hole (with vent) and cover it up with a rug. I think this will be the end of her. She's just sooooo wrong about everything!!!!

So very sad to see the Dem's attack each other this way. Competing against each other AND President Bush, that's gotta be pretty challenging.

This couldn't have happened at a better time - getting a coherent Dem message/spin right now is impossible. Like trying to herd 9 or 10 stupid cats.

By the way, I am wrong. Iraq is actually ahead in time so let's just say it was the first full day of Gore's retirement.

Lieberman is a class act. I disagree with almost all of his policies, but the man has class.

Yeah. The first day Gore started growing his beard and....never mind. I don't want to be too mean.

Joe has no class, we freeped his house during the 2000 fiasco and because we did it on a Saturday we were accused of being anti-semites by his spokes-idiots. Screw him.

When in hell does one become a "warhawk" by wanting to rid humanity of such an evil as Saddam????? Neville Chamberlain has many offspring.

Joe "Jelly-Donuts-Are-Dangerous" Lieberman is wrong on alot of things and has said some disparaging things about the war/post-war but has by far been the most reasonable. This is sweet revenge for him in regards to Gore and his back-stabbing hijinx this week. Al Gore has the worst timing in the world - you almost have to practice to be this bad.

By the way can any Freeper confirm my foggy memory? Didn't Gore made a speech ridiculing the post-war effort just before a major event broke - I believe it was right before Uday and Qusay were tagged.

Any one remember?

"President Gore would still be shining Saddam's shoes today."

In the White House....while he was being served breakfast in bed in the Lincoln bedroom!

JIM: "President Gore would still be shining Saddam's shoes today."

WIZARDOZ: With his back to him.

And, I might add, Gore would even hand Saddam the vaselin to make things...easier.

Poor Joe. He's one of the last remaining voices of truth and honesty in the Democratic party.
