I'd seen this last night. I have a couple of questions. One, are any other news organizations finally reporting this. Two, can we get more from the real man now that we have him in custody. I'd say we can.

It shows that not only did Saddam have contacts with al-Qaeda, he had contact with those responsible for the September 11 attacks." Can't be..
the RATs have made it perfectly clear that this didn't happed.
MESSAGE to ALL RATs..
you better cut the crap and find a way to get on the winning side (America's side) or you'll be extinct just like sodom.

It's not news in this country unless the New York Times or the Washington Post give their stamps of approval. And they certainly won't, not if Pinch Sulzberger has anything to say about it.

Well, maybe. But it seems like an awful lot of a good thing. It's probably better to wait for further confirmation, if only because right now Saddam is THE story and therefore, even if true, this story wouldn't get any attention.

Tom Brokaw actually interviewed the UK journalist this AM who has the documents...so NBC did briefly cover it, and then moved on.

This probably accounts for Abu Nidal getting snuffed a while back. Saddam probably wanted to tidy up... shame he didn't think his records would be captured. :)

That's a start. We may see a flood of information now that Saddam is captured. It would behoove the major media to stop hidding their collective heads in the stand if they wish to enjoy the public's confidence in the future.

Please let Howard Dean be the demonRAT nominee, please let Howard Dean be the demonRAT nominee...
The case for not going to war with Iraq gets thinner and thinner. By Election Day '04, an antiwar candidate will be a national comedy.

It's a sart, but it didn't last long.
After listening to Chrissy Matthews, you can see their new strategy. According to Chris, Saddam was a threat to his own people, but he wasn't a global threat. While he applauded the capture, he said Bush has to get back to the war on terror and protecting the American people.
He absolutely denied any connection between Saddam and support for global terrorism. How pathetic that the liberals/media continue to ignore just how much Saddam contributed to various terrorist networks around the world. Hell, just the PLO/PLF fronts operating in Iraq and being financed by Saddam was enough evidence of his terrorist connections. Matthews obviously also missed his own networks interview with the UK journalist who has proof of Abu Nidal/Saddam's ties to Atta.
