That's a start. We may see a flood of information now that Saddam is captured. It would behoove the major media to stop hidding their collective heads in the stand if they wish to enjoy the public's confidence in the future.

It's a sart, but it didn't last long.
After listening to Chrissy Matthews, you can see their new strategy. According to Chris, Saddam was a threat to his own people, but he wasn't a global threat. While he applauded the capture, he said Bush has to get back to the war on terror and protecting the American people.
He absolutely denied any connection between Saddam and support for global terrorism. How pathetic that the liberals/media continue to ignore just how much Saddam contributed to various terrorist networks around the world. Hell, just the PLO/PLF fronts operating in Iraq and being financed by Saddam was enough evidence of his terrorist connections. Matthews obviously also missed his own networks interview with the UK journalist who has proof of Abu Nidal/Saddam's ties to Atta.

The moment when the major media could legitimately modify their behavior and deserve the public's confidence has long passed.
These people are not hiding their heads in the sand, they spend their every waking moment spewing falsehoods designed to hide the truth and promote their socialist program. They are motivated for money to have power, but power above all else. The threat of bankruptcy will not deter them but actual bankruptcy will stop them.
Any newspaper which publishes a story regarding the capture of Hussein and which fails to show a picture of our Commander-in-Chief congratulating and celebrating with the troops deserves the cancellations which such injustice warrants.
