Seriously, it will be interesting to see how much was real 'strength' and how much was 'hype' and saber-rattling from our various enemies.

Saddam certainly wasn't having fun in his hidey-hole, with not even a port-o-potty.

I'm still trying to adjust to the fact that the Iraq press corps cheered when they saw the video of a captured Saddam.

Tikrit's probably one of very few cities where there aren't celebrations. It makes me wonder how many other of the "big wig" thugs are there, too. Hmmmmmm. The locals know, I'll bet, and maybe more on the "Deck of Cards" will be caught before it's over. Fingers crossed!

I'm so glad I had the remote for the VCR close at hand when CNN came out with the news. Got this all on tape. Definitely worth keeping!!
