Okay, maybe not. We'll probably have him tried for crimes against humanity. Dunno if we'll do it or if it'll be submitted to some international court. (Here's to hoping they have a death penalty.)

The Hague does NOT have the death penalty, that was the disgrace of whichever of the 9 dwarves it was (Ok, it wasn't Carol, or Al, or Miracle Joe), I think it was Clark or Dean, who said Saddam should be tried at the Hague, and further, that being in a Dutch prison was worse than death.
They will probably want the Iraqui people to try him. But I think they better find a way to turn him up dead.
