An unabashed atheist, Rashbaum nonetheless has compassion for the religious conflicts that arise when women are told by priests not to have abortions.

Isn't he a swell guy? Satan would be proud.

Satan wishes to be upfront and forward on his views on the subject of abortion. In fact, his views are best expressed in his own words:

"I am personally committed to upholding a woman's right to choose. If the United States Supreme Court decided abortion was legal, [in Roe v. Wade] who am I to argue? Besides, these are not just unviable tissue masses we are terminating here. They're millions of unwritten symphonies, medical cures, novels, works of art, and great acts of charity. If these pregnancies come to term, who knows what acts of decency they might commit? All the more reason to terminate them now. Yes, I fully endorse America's bid to eliminate another ten million extraneous human beings before the end of the decade."

Nice, unbiased article that carefully avoids all the liberal "talking points" doesn't it?

Sure, and McCAin DEMANDS that ONLY the news media is fit to discuss politcal issues 60 days before an election.
