I have noted the change over from Christmas to Holiday so as not to offend Jews, Moslems etc... The worst thing I have seen is changing it from the "Holidays" to The "Gift Giving Season". Christmas has become nothing but a modern day potlatch. Is anyone really happy at Christmas? I don't see it at the malls. Even the kids--are not happy 20 minutes after they rip open the gifts. they never get exactly what the TV tells them they must have.
