For years people have died when the evidence to convict was in hand all along.
Sickening! I hope somebody has restless nights and horrific dreams for allowing this to go on so long with no action taken!

Intelligence operations never destroy the only leads they have but do just as happened in this case, they watch and learn the entire operation before making an assessment that nothing else can be gained by allowing continuance of the operaton.
