Last resort time is pretty much here. Between this issue, Federal Spending, the PATRIOT Act (not to mention the expansions currently being debated in the House and Senate), the recent spate of incredulous USSC rulings, bans on guns that don't exist and ones that do, ect....
How much more do you friggin' need?
As Claire pointed out, if you have to ask, it is probably already past time.

I don't share the depth of your feelings on the subject. I still see time left. I am not in last resort mode yet.

So what'll it take for you? You do realize that they may start making Social Security payments to illegal aliens pretty soon. How much more?
If you haven't thought about it before... now REALLY might be a good time to take stock of everything they are currently doing, and where you will draw your line in the sand.
Just keep in mind that by the time they start rounding us up and loading us on the boxcars... it'll proably be a tad too late by then to do anything about it.

I'm fighting legally now. But I only have 2 senators and 1 congressman all of whom support my thinking. I am an NRA member. I actively promote firearm use and ownership in many ways.
But I'm not heading to the woods yet. So unless you have something in between, you don't have anything but fear. I have seen the future and it is different than you think it will be.
You do realize that they may start making Social Security payments to illegal aliens pretty soon. MAY is a key word there. It has not been well received.
You are not the only person paying attention.

I have seen the future and it is different than you think it will be. Sorry. My crystal ball isn't tuned to the same station your is. Mine see's a jackboot stamping on a human face forever.
If your litmus test only takes into account RKBA, you are missing out on Paul Harveys "Rest of the Story". Between Ridges "amnesty", Bush playing footsy with Fox, and now this SS mess... you really think it WON'T pass? Get real.

So you are going to stick your head in the sand and think everything is rosy?
Fine. Run away. You aren't the type we would want to back us up in any case.
I really hope things can be brought back from the brink like you think they will. However, I prefer to err on the side of a few thousand years worth of human history that provides plenty of evidence that you are WRONG.

Was in Greensboro-Winston-Salem airport about 6 months ago. They wouldn't let a kid take his "Super Soaker" aboard! It looked like a real gun (NOT) It was Day-Glo orange, red and green!

OR maybe it had Di-Hydrogen Oxide in it. H2O is deadly in many ways and easy to conceal.
