December 11, 2003 -- MOSUL, Iraq - U.S. troops shot and killed a senior officer of the paramilitary group Saddam Fedayeen after storming his house in this northern city yesterday, his neighbors said.
The U.S. Army confirmed there were raids early yesterday in Mosul but refused to comment on the reported death of Col. Ghanem Abdul-Ghani Sultan al-Zeidi.

And please, Lord, let our Iraqi friends who hear of this incident be encouraged that liberation is real and continuing, and let our terrorist enemies who hear of it know that we are never going to quit until justice is done. Thank you in advance, Lord, and I pray these things in Jesus' name.
