Why just blame the Supreme Court? Why not blame the legislature for passing it, and President Bush for signing it? Seems like everyone was passing the buck.

Plenty of blame to go around. Gutless wonders the lot of them.

When bad legislation keeps coming up as an issue (and some are certain that it is unconstitutional), passing the legislation is needed to get it stricken down on as unconstitutional (takes it off the table).

Signing the anti-free speech campaign reform bill is the only argument for impeaching Bush I would ever agree with - he helped rape the remnants of the Constitution when it was his duty and responsibility to veto that bill.
He wimped out for political expediency and screwed the future of the entire nation.
But I better be careful now - such words might have the "appearance of corruption."

No-one wanted to stand up and fight this thing, not one branch of the federal government. The infuriating thing is that there was NO PUBLIC DEMAND for this bill. This thing stinks like a conspiracy bigger than anything I've ever witnessed. A power play by the control freaks against We The People.
