Now on to conserving morality. In a moral sense, should we help those that can not help themselves?

We, as people, should, if conscience compels us to do so.

The government, however has no legitimate authority to compel us.

If I am coerced, at penalty of having the government come with guns to take my stuff, into buying other folks' drugs, I am not "helping."

I am "extorted."
