Comedian Judy [Cursing Bush] Gold Calls In (To Howard Stern And Doesn't Know Why To Support Dean)

After the break Howard had some porn clips he was playing. He joked that one of them was Artie waking up in the morning. He moved on to comedian Judy Gold who was invited to the Howard Dean campaign party and she called President Bush a ''piece of shit'' while doing her act. She was on the phone to talk about that. Howard said they're holding up her picture on FOX news and telling people she's the one who called the President a piece of shit. Judy said she's getting death threats now and it's getting out of hand. Judy said she was doing a comedy routine when she said that. She said that comedian David Cross used the N-word and Howard Dean got upset about that as well. Howard said he's surprised when people can't believe that comedians are being edgy. Judy said that she went to do another show and was told she couldn't curse and do the really edgy stuff. Judy went on to tell Howard that she doesn't like Bush but she doesn't hate the Republican party or anything like that. A woman called in and said that the comedy routines were a little worse than Judy was saying. She said that the whole room got pretty quiet at some points during the show.

Howard asked Judy what reasons people should vote for Dean. Judy said she's not sure now that all of this has happened. Howard asked Judy why she was calling in. She didn't even seem sure what the reasoning was but she pointed out that it's ridiculous that people are getting so upset about the whole thing.

Judy got in a couple of plugs for some upcoming gigs she has coming soon. Howard wrapped up the call after that and said that Judy was just trying to make people laugh with her material at that show.

Typical liberal attitude. They feel free to curse out Bush but when asked why you should support Dean, they can't give a positive answer. Dean's support relies almost entirely on HATE for Bush.

Don't people know that anyone in "show bidness" are allowed to say anything they want with no criticism whatsoever? The nerve.

I heard the segment on Stern this morning. She really didn't know why she supported Dean.

What got me was her claimed censorship of her 1st Ad. rights. When Howard and Robin informed her that those who opposed her were exercising their rights, you could hear the tiny wheels in her big fat head come to a grinding halt. Classic!

However, death threats are wrong; whether they come from a white rapper or a Bush supporter.

I dunno but it would be intereting to listen to the audio of the acts at that event. Apparently some pretty bad stuf was said there.

Translation - "edgy" is a liberal code-word meaning "deliberately offensive and not subject to criticism." See "feisty."

Stern still lands the higher ratings, but Imus' listeners have a much higher net worth and IQ.
