[history]
Gays are making huge strides everywhere, but in the executive suite.
One chilly fall day last year, Gary Osifchin trooped into a mandatory training session at S.C. Johnson & Son Inc. The privately held company, located in Racine, Wis., which was voted 2003's "all-American city" by the National Civic League, manufactures Raid insecticide and Glade air fresheners. It's the kind of place where factory workers ride to the assembly line on Harley-Davidsons, dine on local bratwurst, and chase it down with Milwaukee beer.

when is it appropriate to talk about sex in the workplace. Why would the topic even come up?No one talks about sex in my workplace. But they do talk about vacation plans and in-laws and mortgages . . . which tends to show the gender of the partner pretty darn quickly.

"You'll find those disgusting attitudes there." Personal attacks are against the rules. Next time I hit the abuse button.
They insulted your attitudes, not your person.

"Frankly, given that you believe that use of a condom is a sin, I have a hard time having any respect for any of your opinions." The answer is quite simple. The use of condoms is analogous to inducing vomiting after gorging. It is the elevation of pleasure over the proper use of the body. Artificial contraception is far worse than gluttony, however, because the use of condoms thwarts the natural and proper use of the greatest human power, the power to create new life.
Moreover, artificial contraception is a "poison" in the sense that it does not restore health, like most medicines. Rather, the purpose of artificial contraception is to impair the proper operation of the body.
Many medicines have evil side effects. But the use of such medications is permissible because the primary objective is the restoration of health. The evil side effect is a secondary effect. This is an application of the principle of double-effect. A single action produces two results. The primary good outweighs the secondary evil.
The case of artificial contraception is different. The primary intention is evil (prevention of the proper operation of the body) and the secondary effects can also be evil.

Your right to an opinion does not extend to calumny and slander "deacon". Your comments went beyond an "opinion" into objectively sinful behavior. Your opinion.

Does having a "gay" suppport group create a "gay" affirmative action environment? yes
Does "gay" sensitivity training create a hostile environment for those who feel that sexual deviancy is sinful and wrong?
Most assuredly yes

They bring in their friends and first thing you know you've got whole departments full of them with the attendant sex in the bathrooms, harassing straight employees, the whole nine yards. I kid thee not.

If homosexual domestic "partners" (and I object to the use of that word in this context) get the same benefits as married people I say no one should get any special benefits. Singles should NOT have to subsidize queers shacking up. I'm with you... traditional marriage benefits I will tolerate but if that's to include faggots, I say do away with them all.

Go right ahead. I doubt any admin moderator will look at the trash you've been spewing and consider MY posts abuse.
