Not nuts just thorough. A blow torch to the bare soles of his feet with salt being applied to the burn would smart something awful though. It is too easy for the likes of Rodriguez.
I agree with all the punishments listed above for this non-human being. I'd like to add my suggestion of a public stoning held in a huge arena. I'd be there.
