Excellent choice.
SO many great albums, so little time to listen to them over and over again.
Original fave "Madman Across the Water" by the now Sir Elton John.
Beatles fave, Abbey Road, and that one lovely side of the White Album, the one with "blackbird" on it.

the now Sir Elton John. Am I the only one who thinks that conferring knighthood on pop stars renders the entire concept of knighthood hopelessly silly?

I actually like Elton John - not something I admit readily.
Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me might be my fav.
