The whole Diabetes Defense was bogus and was manufactured long after the accident when charges were filed
I know that, I knew that was a very weak lie when I first heard it.
This (my post #145): This supreme jerk knows how serious his condition is. If he did not eat all day then not only was he jeopardizing himself, he was putting the lives of others in jeopardy. And the result is, he's guilty. was my reply to freeper HapaxLegamenon post #73 (I think) where he/she posted something about beyond a reasonable doubt.
I never for one minute bought the Janklow had not eaten in 18 hours defense.
