No, it'll be Bob Graham. Dean has already said it will be someone with DC experience who shares his views. Breaux doesn't fit that mold at all.

It was a throwaway to appease supporters. Once Dean wins the nomination, political strategery will come into play, and Dean will most assuredly name someone with a real chance to pull in the South - regardless of how well his views jibe with the Doctor's.
