The increased spending is a pure beast, but at least we aren't getting short-changed. Every policy that we want, we've gotten. Of course getting what you want passed over a divided Senate is always costly. Who would have thought otherwise? Even so, complaints about the increased spending have legitimacy, at least until those complaints delve into the netherworld of claims that we haven't gotten Conservative policies passed, among other such nonsense.
