They're still clueless, playing the cameras, scripted, whatever. These two girls from wealth had an incredible opportunity to learn about people different from themselves, from the way it looks some very nice people with a good set of values, and they'd rather be playing games.

They probably don't even realize that there are lives different from their own which are actually worth living...that's clueless.
