No the building was well under demolition...

Last night when we walked by it...there was a HUGE overhang...they had torn a large part of the building out from under the roof.

It left this large overhang...which is what fell this morning.

There was obviously something wrong with the way they tore this building down. We commented on it...last night. It looked like it was about to fall...or should fall.

Smell of gas being reported along Yonge St in the 770 block. Source - CFRB AM1010- no confirmation.

For some reason, Transport Canada has declared a no-fly zone over the area to a height of 2000 feet.

Bank of Nova Scotia at corner of Bay St. fully evacuated as per reports from the scene.

10 patients at Toronto general, 3 patients (children) at Sick Kids, 1 adult at St. Mike's.

1 fatality at the scene.
