Smell of gas being reported along Yonge St in the 770 block. Source - CFRB AM1010- no confirmation.

For some reason, Transport Canada has declared a no-fly zone over the area to a height of 2000 feet.

Bank of Nova Scotia at corner of Bay St. fully evacuated as per reports from the scene.

Correction - No-Fly Zone a two mile radius of site up to 3000 meters.

Early speculation for no-fly zone is to keep helicopters away so they can hear anyone trapped easier.

installing a no fly zone is standard procedure for these things...the media is so busy flying close to the deck to get carnage video, that rescuers on the ground can't hear radios, let alone any victims.
