Maybe pay to educate the uninformed in other countries about the consequences of homosexualitry. That should cost billions less.
Just say no to gays. It's easy.

WHO Chief Presses Rich Nations for More AIDS Cash What? Again?? Oh, that's right. Last month it was the UN saying the rich nations needed to pony up more to 'fight AIDS'. How about "presses" to fight malaria or diarrhea? I'll bet these two beauties kill a whole lot more people in 3rd world countries than AIDS.
